The sale of subscriptions and tickets for the 2018/2019 season starts on 22. May 2018.
We are ready to respond to Your wishes, requests, suggestions, ideas, comments and complaints at our sales point – Janáček Point, located in the right part of the entrance hall of the Ostrava House of Culture.
You can buy there subscriptions, individual tickets, promotional items (such as popular T-shirts with funny inscriptions), selected publications, magazines and CDs with the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava recordings. We are happy to advise you and try to select the best fit for you from the program menu. We strive to do our best so that you to leave satisfied every time.

In order to meet your needs to the maximum extent at the time when the subscription sales start and to be able to sell the tickets for the current concerts at the same time, we have extended the opening hours.

Holiday period opening hours:

The tickets can also be purchased 60 minutes before every concert taking place at the City of Ostrava Cultural Centre.
Besides Janacek point, you can also purchase tickets at all offices of the Ostrava City Information Centre, at the box office of the City of Ostrava Cultural Centre, in the travel agency Poslední šance (in Ostrava-Poruba), at the Havířov City Information Centre, at the Orlová City Information Centre, at the branches of the Beskydy Information Centre in Frýdek-Místek and Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, at the Kopřivnice Information centre, or at the Tourist information centre Frenštát pod Radhoštěm.

Tickets for any concert of the 65nd season of the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava can be purchased directly from the comfort of your home on our website.
After selecting a seat in the booking system you will be offered several ticket delivery method options. Choose the e-ticket method and the system will then offer you the credit card payment via the payment gateway Gb webpay (we accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards). The ticket will then be delivered to you by email. We assure you that this is a safe method of payment.
The purchased e-tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. We offer no substitutes for lost e-tickets. Always keep the e-ticket in a safe place to avoid misuse. Counterfeiting of e-tickets is illegal, and offenders will be prosecuted. Any later modifications make the e-ticket invalid. Important note: The Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava is not responsible for any problems caused by unauthorized use or copying of e-tickets. Admission to the concert will be granted only on the basis of an e-ticket submitted for review for the first time. Any subsequent submission of the same e-ticket or its copy will not be accepted and the admission will not be granted on the basis of such a ticket, regardless of the person submitting it. The holder of the e-ticket is obliged to follow the rules specified by the organiser. The organisers reserve the right to change the program and the performers. Thank you for your understanding.
